Refund policy
Returns:
Unsatisfactory items: Return within 14days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers bear the cost of return to our fulfilment centres.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 business days after we receive the items at our fulfilment centre.
Returns Procedure
If you are not entirely happy with your order then you can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it, providing it is sent back in the same condition that it was received.
Please send an email to help@dmtify.com to initiate the return. We will help process the return label through Royal Mail once your return has been authorised. We will email you a link of the returns label.
Please note that this returns label costs £3.99 and this amount will be deducted from your refund. we do not charge re-stocking fee for any returned item.
Damages Procedure
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged by the courier, then please contact us immediately at help@dmtify.com and provide your order number and pictures of the damage.
Our team will work quickly to resolve any issues that you have and a replacement/refund can be organised without causing you any further inconvenience.
Refunds Procedure
All refunds will be processed through your original payment method usually within 3 to 4 working days. You should contact your Bank/PayPal/card provider for more information about how long these refunds can take on your card
Our team will efficiently process your refund and you will receive a notification via email once we have done so.
Undelivered Items
Please note that if an incorrect address has been provided, or the recipient refuses the delivery then the item will be returned back to us, at a charge. Your order will be refunded once the item has been received back from the courier, minus any delivery charges and return label fees, as per the information above.
Please ensure that your address information is correct and that the recipient knows that they have a parcel arriving.
Our policies above have been written in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
