We offer same day despatch for all orders before 2pm. You will receive an email at the time of despatch.

Yes, we offer a free gift wrapping service. Gifts are wrapped in recyclable paper. Please leave your message for the gift tag in the message box provided or tick the Gift wrap option on checkout.

My order was received damaged. How do I return it or get a replacement?

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item please contact our customer services. Our office hours are 10.00am–6.00pm Monday to Friday (GMT), where a dedicated member of staff can help you with your enquiry.
